My name is Elizabeth Leon. I love working with young children and that's one of the reasons I want to become a teacher. I am currently working at CPS with Pre-K children as an Assistant teacher. I enjoy been around children and see how they start exploring the world around them. I really love to see how children can absorb any little thing that they see and they hear. I believe that receiving a childhood Earlier Education should be for every child in this world. Early Child Education is a process in with children gain all the knowledge,custom and values thought to them Early Child Hood Center. I like to give clear and firm guidance to the children. Early child Education is where every child learns how to be social with other children and learn all cultures.
I believe that all children are valuable,and each of them is unique and as a professional teacher, I need to treat all children the same. all children learn through is discovering new things every day it is the responsibility of the teachers to introduce the children to new things every day. I believe that me as a teacher it is my responsibility to make sure that the curriculum that is being taught is a curriculum full of new opportunities for the children to learn and it is developmentally appropriate. as I said before children are like sponges that absorb everything that is around them because they see, hear, and more importantly they practice every day in the classroom. I believe that children should not be given time out or punished in any circumstance instead , we as teachers should let the child know how the other person is feeling.
I believe that nurture and attachment are the most important things in a child growth and development I love working with children ages 3 years old and five years old but I understand the importance of learning from birth. I will love to teach the children the value of exploring and learning through the day where they can find all kinds of materials to pretend to be an adult and discover the beautiful things around them. I also believe that I need to be a role model for the children do activities where all areas of development can be developed. as a teacher, I will encourage, guide and invite the children to participate in all kinds of activities.
I believe that teachers should show the children all the beauty that is thereby modeling and practicing every day. As a teacher, I will be patience and encourage consistency to my every day. I would like to teach any place where there are children because these is what I love to do and I won't give up I will try to show my children the best I can, and I will give the children all good and rich experiences while they are with me.

I completely agree with you when you say nurture is very important for children. I feel that if they have at least one person who gives them the love and care, they will succeed. I agree with many of your points and with the way you're dedicated I'm sure you'll be a great teacher.
